Our winter city festival will bring a fortnight of unique concert experiences to Oulu in March. Artistic directors Mari Palo and Kari Ikonen have compiled a splendid programme of national and international artists, orchestral concerts, chamber and rhythm music concert series, masterclasses in classical and rhythm music, and superb joint productions.
