Our summer season as a European Capital of Culture in 2026 will culminate in an unprecedented Delta Life grand finale on 27-29 August. The Oulu August Festivals will include Elojazz, the Oulunsalo Soi Chamber Music Festival, Muusajuhlat Literary art festival, Oulu Arts Night, Oulu Music Video Festival, the Air Guitar World Championships, and Flow Productions. Hundreds of events in August! Admission to most of them is free of charge.
